SIGNUP100 questions and answers
Tap a question to read the answer. They all cover the SilverSands Deluxe first deposit offer.
What do I get with SIGNUP100?
A 100% match on your first SilverSands Deluxe deposit, capped at R5,000. You'll need to put in R50 or more, then bet 15 times your deposit plus bonus before bonus money can leave your account.
Where do I type the code?
Type it in when you make your first deposit, in capitals with no spaces. Once the deposit's through, look for the match in your balance before you bet.
How is the 15x worked out?
Take your balance after the match and times it by 15. A R300 deposit plus R300 bonus makes R600, so you're looking at R9,000 in total bets. Wins you stake again count too, so you won't need R9,000 of your own.
Is there a bigger bonus on a deposit above R5,000?
No, R5,000 is the ceiling. Put in R8,000 and the match is still R5,000, so anything past R5,000 adds no bonus.
When can I cash out the bonus?
Only after you've finished the 15x. At that point the full amount lands in your withdrawable balance. Before then it stays locked.
Will SIGNUP100 work alongside another promo?
No. SilverSands Deluxe doesn't let you stack promotions, so choose one and leave the rest.
I already have an account. Can I make a new one for the bonus?
Please don't. Each player's allowed a single active account, and that rule covers you whichever offer you're after.
Do I have to deposit before I can cash out?
Yes. An account with no real-money deposit on it can't cash out at all.
What kind of play counts towards the 15x?
The bonus terms name casino games and raked hands, with the same 15x of deposit plus bonus on either. Unsure about one particular game? Read those terms at the casino before you stake on it.
Who licenses SilverSands Deluxe?
Check the casino's terms page for its licence details. We don't run the casino, so its own page is the place to read them.
How do SilverSands Deluxe and SilverSands Casino relate?
They're sister brands, with Deluxe as the sister of SilverSands Casino. Everything here is about the SIGNUP100 offer at Deluxe.
Could these terms be different next month?
They could. SilverSands Deluxe is free to alter any promotion at its discretion, with no warning, so look over the live terms on the day you deposit.
Who do I call if my gambling is worrying me?
Ring the National Responsible Gambling Programme for free on 0800 006 008. Gambling's for over-18s only, and you don't need to be in crisis to call.
