Upon your first withdrawal, we require proof of identity as a standard procedure. This is to confirm your identity, protect you, and ensure that only you receive your winnings.

You can provide a valid passport, ID document, or driver's license as proof of identity.

Our accounts department processes all pending withdrawals within 2 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. For example, if you request a withdrawal on Monday, it will be processed and the funds transferred by Wednesday. If you request a withdrawal on Thursday, it will be processed on Saturday (a non-working day) and the funds will be transferred on Monday. Please note that some transactions may take up to 72 business hours to reflect on your bank statement due to bank-to-bank transfer delays.
